The price on our website is retail price, and the shipping cost is free.

When can i receive my order?
Usually we need 6-8 days to complete one dress, when the dress is ok, we'll ship it to you on 4-7 work days by express, in other words, you can receive your dress after 10 days.

After we send out your dress,we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your email address, please don't worry!

If the dress is the wrong size can i get a refund?
Before our factory begine product your dresses,we will sent a email to you to make sure the "size" is what you want!So if we make a wrong with the "Size", you can get a refund!But if it is your mistake,you give us a wrong “size",we are sorry as we will not return your money but sure we will help you with the alteration if possible,for this case you can contact our customer service at [email protected] for help.

How to ship back my dresses?
You have to contact our customer service to get a correct address and return code first.And pls ship back by post office otherwise you will be asked for additional taxes.

Do I need to pay for shipping fee if I send the item back to you?
Usually, we need to see whether your order problem correspond with our return policy first. We will pay for any mistakes we make. But if it is not our fault, then we will not pay for it.
