We need 6-8 days to make one dress, and 4-7 work days to ship your dress, so the total time is 10-15 days. Usually we use UPS, TNT, DHL, EMS to ship your dress.
Buyers are responsible for any local taxes or customs charges levied.
After we ship your dress, we'll give you a tracking no. and a link of express, you can track your dress on the internet.
Returns:
Before our factory begine product your dresses, we will sent a email to you to make sure the "size" is what you want! So if we make a wrong with the "Size", you can get a refund or replacement! But if it is your mistake, you give us a wrong “size", we are sorry as we will not return your money but sure we will help you with the alteration if possible.
